Terms of Use
Moss Journal is provided by Sedir Studio, the publishing name of Fatih Eren Özçelik, an individual developer based in Türkiye. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
License
The app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to that agreement.
Moss Journal Plus
Plus is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
If your subscription ends, your entries and other content stay readable. Plus-only features become unavailable until you subscribe again.
Your content
You own everything you write in the app. Your entries stay on your device, and we have no access to them.
Backups
You are responsible for keeping backups of your entries using "Export Backup". If you delete the app or lose your device without a backup file, your entries cannot be recovered.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Sedir Studio is not liable for any loss of data or other damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new date.
